I am currently the Director of Brand + Design at BIGGBY® COFFEE. BIGGBY® is a fast-growing company, currently with 380 individual locations, and growing towards its goal of 500 stores and $1b in sales by 2028. I am responsible for all creative output within our company, and provide creative direction that takes into account the needs of a wide variety of audiences including internal departments, current franchise owners, potential new franchisees, and external vendors, while still understanding and developing how the brand must connect with the end consumer.
